EPSOM TRANSITIONAL VILLA
RENOVATION
Originally built circa 1910, this transitional villa had experienced a series of alterations over the years but retained its original character and presence on the street. The alterations sought to create a more cohesive design with simplified circulation and a clearly defined street-facing entry.
The reconfigured layout introduces light-filled Kitchen, Dining, and Living spaces as well as a new Garage (with internal access), updated Bathrooms, and a new Main Bedroom suite.
Traditional detailing was carefully reinstated and integrated throughout to seamlessly complement the character of the villa. Restored and newly crafted elements — including hallway arches, wall panelling, pressed metal ceilings, and leadlight glazing — ensure the design bridges heritage charm with modern living.
Project completed in 2025.
