Working to enhance and retain the character of the original Transitional Villa, the front Verandah detailing, front fence and landscaping were re-designed to enhance the street presence of the property and increase the visual connectivity between the house and the street.
A first floor addition was added, set back from the street front, containing main Bedroom, Ensuite, Wardrobe, Study and Sitting room.
The ground floor plan was reconfigured to create an open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining area within the roof shape of an existing rear addition.
