This transitional villa had already undergone a previous renovation, where a rear addition had been added. We worked with the clients to widen the existing rear addition and to reconfigure the interior layout to open up the Living, Kitchen & Dining areas to the backyard.
A new covered outdoor area blends the line between interior and exterior, with roof windows to create an open, light space.
The outdoor area was redesigned with new deck, swim spa and bar leaner, making the most of elevated views across the Mt Eden neighbourhood.
