This project involved remodelling the interior a 1912 Villa and repositioning rooms to create a more open plan Kitchen, Family Sitting and Dining room area, creating a new Master Bedroom with wardrobes and Enusite, and new Bathroom and Laundry. A new Sitting room with a new box window seat and built in cabinetry was also created.

Project completed in 2017.
